    All O.I.L. products are carefully crafted in small batches to maintain the highest quality and freshness. Due to the intimate and custom nature of our fragrances, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will promptly assist you.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard delivery times vary by location but generally range between 5-7 business days.

  • Why isn’t my bottle filled all the way to the top?

    All of our bottles are measured and precision-filled to the exact amount stated (2 mL, 10 mL, etc.). The glass itself can hold a little more, but that extra space is intentional. It allows room for the rollerball or dropper insert, prevents leaks as oils expand and contract with temperature, and ensures consistency across every batch. While the bottle may look like it could hold more, you’re always receiving the full amount promised.

  • What accounts for O.I.L.’s premium?

    Quality in, quality out. We source fine aroma materials from renowned houses like Givaudan and IFF and blend at a higher fragrance load for longer-lasting scent—without added dyes.

  • Do you offer samples?

    Yes, we occasionally offer samples or small vials as a gift with purchase during special promotions.

  • How can I best store my perfume oil?

    Store your O.I.L. fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain optimal freshness and longevity.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
