These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theoilformulas.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through the Site, operated by Olfactory Indulgence Lab, LLC ("O.I.L.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Products
O.I.L. sells alcohol-free perfume oils and related products. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. Colors, scent descriptions, and packaging shown on the Site are as accurate as reasonably possible, but variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of raw materials and screen display differences.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information
Payment is processed through Squarespace Payments, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines and rates are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. We currently ship within the United States only.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. Claims must be submitted to info@theoilformulas.com within (2) days of delivery, with photo documentation where applicable.
6. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchases are subject to separate terms, including minimum order quantities and payment terms communicated at the time of the wholesale agreement. These Terms apply to wholesale purchases except where a signed wholesale agreement states otherwise.
